Good Friday Service
Friday, April 7, 7 PM
In The Sanctuary
Please join us as we celebrate our Good Friday service on Friday night, April 7, at 7 pm in the sanctuary. Good Friday is the day when we remember the sacrifice Jesus made for all of humanity by dying on the cross for the sins of the world. In doing so, He delivered us from death once and for all, paying our ransom in full with His own life.
Our Good Friday Service is focused on going through and explaining the Seder, which is the celebration of Passover and the meeting in which Jesus (Yeshua) instituted communion. While Passover originally celebrated the Israelites’ deliverance from death with the sacrifice of a lamb, it has now become a celebration of our deliverance with the sacrifice of Christ, the true lamb of God who was slain for the sins of the world! Join us for this special occasion, which will include singing, prayer, teaching and a meal that we will eat in remembrance of Jesus.
