LOVE is a ROOF!

From the well-known and revered biblical passage, “Love bears all things…” 1 Corinthians 13:7, the word “bears” or “stego” in Greek also means to roof over, cover, or protect. The Passion Translation phrases it "Love is a safe place of shelter…” These defining words illustrate that love can be seen as a home, shelter, or roof of protection over us.

We see this form of love in God, as He is a home or covering for our hearts. He shelters us and in turn, we also become a shelter or safe place for others.

So we invite you to join us in God’s home for this special occasion to share a brunch meal together in fellowship, receive prayer in communal groups and grow to understand the love of God as a roof over your life. The morning will also include a fun women’s skit led by our Children’s Director Angie Castro. Get ready for an event full of love, laughter and memories.

Tickets are available for $15 online or in person in our lobby on Sunday mornings. Tickets purchased on the day of the event will cost $20. Childcare is also available at this event.
